Plan content
The development plan was drawn up to expand and round off the Lindenpark development area due to the strong demand for new residential land in the early 1990s. The building land is designated as a purely residential area. Only detached houses are permitted.
Realization status
The development area is partially developed and already approx. 60 % built on (as of December 2010).
