Planinhalt
The building areas of the B-Plan's approx. 4,000m² area of application are designated as a general residential area. An open construction method is specified, whereby a total length of up to 36 m is permissible for groups of houses (terraced houses). The stipulations on building design are aimed at creating a village character in the B-Plan area.
Realisierungsstand
The site is partially built on. Exemptions from the "group of houses" regulations have already been granted, so that the construction of individual houses can also be assumed (as of November 2011).
